Our Gylden Paere (Golden Pear) is a traditional perry made from the four varieties we grow in the orchard. These are Greenhorse, Yellow Huffcap, Moorcroft and Gin.
The heavier tannins in our perry pears give a uniquely smoky flavour with elements of oak, a touch of sweetness, a long dry mouth feel and a clean fresh citrus finish.
Our Apple Cider Vinegar is made at our farm, and is crisp and fresh. This vinegar has a myriad of both health and culinary uses, from treatment of skin complaints, relief of joint pain, not to mention a flavour boost for a great range of dishes and an excellent salad dressing base.
